Refund and Returns Policy

At Prikpot.com, we offer a 14-day window for returns and refunds. Once this period has lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item you purchased must be unused and retain the same condition as when you received it. Furthermore, it needs to be in the original packaging.

Under certain circumstances, we may only be able to offer partial refunds:

  • If the product has been partially used.
  • If flowers or accessories have been opened.
  • If any item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributed to our error.
  • If any item is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your return. This email will also communicate whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

In case you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend you to first re-check your bank account.

Then, reach out to your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [email protected]


If the item was bought as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

However, if the item wasn’t bought as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give it to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.

Returns Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to the fulfillment agent that delivered your products.

Please note that you will be responsible for bearing your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For returning more expensive items, you might want to consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
