I found new friend; a buddy. The Buddy Bar is that friend. Firstly, it’s friendly on the budget at an amazing 79 baht/gram. Secondly, the bar is buddy; that is, it’s made from only buds, no added sugar leaves or extraneous material to fill it out. Next, it’s a bar, not a brick! It crumbles like a light granola bar with a hint of honey holding it together. The “honey” in the Buddy Bar are the trichomes lacing it from the potent buds. It crumbles apart and what you see on the outside of the whole bar is what you get on the inside. Very nicely uniform throughout and grinds fluffy for smoking. About the trichomes: The Bar is single sourced from a good genetic heritage in Killer 5A Haze, a Dutch genetic strain derived from the hybrids produced 2-3 decades back when the various “hazes” were coming out. This haze is pretty rare and is noted for its sativa trippy punch. And pack a punch it does! Good medical quality strength that has a good duration. Great for daytime medication. Only drawback is lack of terpenes that is not unusual for compressed marijuana, or ganja that hasn’t been dries and cured as long as needed to lock flavors. It gives the taste a bit of a bite; yet. what killer doesn’t bite!? Remember, you’re not paying 700 baht a gram! Your paying a very low price whose quality far exceeds the cost. Just to add on the biting killer A5 I mentioned above (though, worth the bite for the delight). Isolate her for awhile and put a muzzle on her. That is cure her ourselves. Buy quantities and initially use sparingly. Break the Bar down into sizes that you’d grind (I use needle-nose pliers and tweezers to keep trichomes intact-and she has ‘um!). Then place the pieces in darken, or blacked out with paper, small glass jars that seal tightly. Burb the jars (open and air for 20mins. – one hour) for eight days then place the jars in a dark place and wait at least a month. Try not to smoke ’em before then unless desperate! After 4-6 weeks of curing, the residual moisture gone and harsh plant substances-like chlorophil, and some tar producing agents when combusted reduced, the killer reveals her rich earthy Hazeness. This Haze strain and price point is worth the effort. Let’s face it. In tropical climates it costs big time to air condition product to keep it from deteriorating in potency and potential mold in heat and humidity. This goes doubly if you’re extending time curing a product indoors before marketing it. Prikpot keeps their promotional products moving by giving excellent pricing points (like their nicely priced exotic flower keif!). As consumers, we can make good products at great prices into great products making them even greater price bargains. (I like the butter, or maybe, hash idea as well!)
